Zuilfiqar Khan (Zoff) is the CEO for EMS and in his eighth year of service with EMS. Over his time with the company he has been responsible for the business development, sales and strategy to help build EMS assets and channel relationships across 100 carrier and channel partners across 65 countries. Zoff had been instrumental in working closely with key partners and carriers to make EMS into one of the most successful and respected telecom companies in the region.


Zoff has previous leadership roles with Motorola, British Telecom International, Saudi Telecom and Telecom Italia.




Bouchra is the CFO for EMS, heading the EMS Finance & Legal functions and managing the SSC finance team at EMS.


Bouchra has had a very successful career with Procter & Gamble for 24 years in various roles in Finance, Treasury, Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, Sales Finance in Leadership roles.


Bouchra holds a strong track record of delivering profitable growth and cost optimisation through application of innovative commercial strategies grounded in deep understanding of the business and global markets.


Bouchra has played a vital role in embracing change at EMS with its new positioning through her function.





Mustafa oversees the global Sales function. With overall 18 years of proven industry experience, Mustafa is a key member of the senior leadership team. Mustafa is a dedicated, tenacious and extremely self-motivated professional with a wealth of skills & capabilities acquired during track record in leading successful operations within challenging and competitive markets across EMEA & South Asia. Mustafa holds an expansive industry knowledge to lead the delivery of a comprehensive strategy for global operations, with P&L responsibility, budgets and controls. 


Mustafa has developed new solutions and partnerships to strengthen the EMS Mobility product portfolio towards EMS strategy of "Powering Mobility".  






Alizeh heads the HR function at EMS. Alizeh has been with EMS for more than 8 and a half years. Business-driven senior HR professional with over 16 years' experience in both early growth-stage and global corporate environments. Alizeh has extensive experience in Human Capital Management encompassing Talent Acquisition, Talent management, Leadership Development, Performance & Succession Management and HR governance.


Alizeh has played an important role in EMS company revamp by leading organizational change, resource optimisation, re-shaping the company culture to enable business results in this fast paced industry.
